Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link once it ships.

Shipping

• We ship within the United States via standard carriers, typically arriving in 3–7 business days after processing.
• Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $75. A flat rate applies to orders under $75, shown at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

All sales are final

Because Glow Serum is a personal-care product, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges. The only exception is an order that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (see below). By completing checkout, you acknowledge that your purchase is final.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

As all sales are final, refunds are issued only for orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved refunds go to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
